2 night minimum stay required.

A weekend is Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.

All holidays are $475.00/night.

A three night minimum is required for the following Holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

You must be at least 28 years old with photo ID to book the lodge.

Lodge rates are based on 4 guests per night. Additional guests are $25 each per night. Children 6 and under are free.

One night paid in full upon reservation as a deposit. Remainder will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks before arrival date.

A security deposit of $250 will be held on the payment card. It will be cancelled within a few days after checkout if no unusual damage has occurred. If there was damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear, the cost will be charged to the card. If the cost of the damage exceeds the deposit, the owner reserves the right to bill customer's credit card for the cost of damage. If there are any questions regarding this deposit, please ask before booking. By booking, the customer agrees to this policy. Refusal to agree to this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation.

We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.

Weekend stays require both Friday and Saturday nights. If you choose a Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday stay both nights will be charged at the weekend rate.

Paid guests only. We DO NOT allow unpaid day or overnight guests.

All guest names must be listed on the reservation. The person under whom the reservation is made is responsible for all guests and will be billed for any damage by any of the guests. 

Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests accommodated by the lodge and the number of guests included in your reservation. You will be charged for additional guests and may be asked to leave without refund if the number exceeds the occupancy of the lodge.

College, Prom, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, etc. are not welcome at our property. We reserve the right to check the Lodge during your stay and, if these types of events are discovered, guests will be required to leave without refund.

Smoking/vaping/marijuana is not allowed inside the lodge. You are welcome to smoke outside provided all cigarette/cigar butts are placed in the ashtrays or ash buckets that are provided. There is a $500 charge plus damages for smoking in the building.

We treat our lodge for pests but remember it is in the woods and you may encounter insects, spiders, mice or other woodland creatures. No refunds will be made because of theses encounters.

No candles

Pets are not allowed in the lodge. If it is found that there have been unauthorized pets in the building, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged and/or you may be asked to vacate the premises without refund. Any damage caused by the pet will be billed to the credit card of the renter.

Possession of any illegal substance prohibited and will be reported to authorities.


Be aware that according to ORC 1503.18, open burning is prohibited between 6am and 6pm in March, April, May, October and November. Please do not burn in the outdoor firepit during these times or you will be liable for any damages that may occur as a result.

No Fireworks allowed anywhere on the property.

No target shooting or hunting is allowed on the property. There is a public range nearby if needed. If any shooting takes place, guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund. 

Renter shall not sublet his/her contract.

No refunds will be made in unforeseen circumstances pertaining to acts of God.

Gas log fireplace dates - October 1st - April 1st - *It is a gas log fireplace, not a wood burner.  We have signs on it not to burn wood in it. Anyone who does burn wood in it will be charged a minimum of $250 due to the amount of cleanup it creates.  

Locked areas for which renters are not provided a key, such as personal storage areas and staff cleaning rooms, are NOT accessible to renters. Forced entry into these areas will result in a charge for damage and/or missing items.

Renter agrees to leave premises clean and in good order including washing and putting dishes away and placing all soiled linens in provided hampers in the laundry room. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 fee to be levied to their credit card/deducted from the security deposit.


Renter agrees to assume all responsibility for any accidents resulting on the property. The Owner or agent shall not be responsible for injury or accident occurring on the property and renter agrees to hold the Owner/agent harmless from any and all claims and liability of any nature which may arise by reason of the use of these facilities. Renter shall be held liable for repair of all damages/misuse of the facilities.

No prorated refunds will be made if renter leaves prior to end of contract.


*Please consider purchasing travel insurance from a 3rd party provider.  We can't be responsible for cancellations due to illness or other emergencies.

14 days or more before arrival: Refund less a 12% fee (fee charged anytime cancellation is made more than 20 days after booking date)

Less than 14 days but more than 7 days before arrival: 50% refund.

6 days or less: No refund.

There is no refund for early departure or inclement weather.

Check In and Check Out

You may arrive at the lodge any time after 4:00pm. You will be provided with a lock code and instructions when your final payment is received.

Check Out is 11:00am. Please wash and put away dishes and place trash in the outdoor containers. Please secure the building before departure. There is a $50 per hour or partial hour, charge for late check outs not approved by our office.


We provide a total of 18 towels and washcloths for guests. If you require more towels please bring them with you or feel free to use our washer and dryer.

We provide linens for all beds, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath 1 trash bag per day, dish detergent, a starter supply of Keurig coffee, and a few laundry detergent pods. If you will need more of any of these items please bring them.

Please notify our office of any damages, shortages, maintenance, or housekeeping issues immediately upon arrival.

A large charcoal grill is available for use during your stay. Guests will need to provide their own charcoal and starter fluid.

The Lodge has WIFI and a cell signal booster (not guaranteed to work for your phone/carrier-but does well for most).

On rare occasions, appliances, fireplaces, etc. can malfunction. Diamond B Ranch cannot refund any monies due to inconveniences, but we will do our best to service these amenities as soon as possible.

Satellite TV, WiFi, game tables, and charcoal grills are considered free amenities provided at no charge to our guests. No refunds can be made for failure of these items.

In the event of a loss outside of our control such as time without electricity, water, satellite TV, etc. Diamond B Ranch cannot make refunds. However, we will respond as soon as possible to restore these amenities. The Lodge has a generator, so power outages should not be a problem.

We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities and property restrictions. No refunds will be made if you are asked to vacate the premises due to disruptive conduct or failure to follow our guest policies.

A fire pit is available for use. Guests must provide their own wood. Wood is available for sale locally.

Guests agree to hold Diamond B Ranch harmless for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ personal property during the guest’s stay.

Policies and rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation. The owners and management of Diamond B Ranch assume no responsibility for damages or loss of items belonging to our guests.

Guests agree they have read, understand and agree to be bound by our policies by placing an online reservation or accepting a phone in reservation.
